Project development of housing
Have you acquired a site that is undeveloped or has an unused building permit? There are many benefits to allowing RO-Gruppen to join the project early on, ranging from planning right up to apartment buildings that are ready to move into. We help to study local market demand and, if necessary, to develop a local area plan, site layout, and other formalities.

We will propose homes, construction, or other building measures adapted to the unique conditions of the property and the market. RO-Gruppen’s all-in-one housing solution ensures a safe and secure construction process that optimises the value of the site, regardless of whether we’re building on land already available to you or on land we present to you.

Unique four-dwelling building on a construction-contract basis
Our four-dwelling building is a construction technology solution that is growing in popularity all over Sweden. The construction is based on climate-smart and efficient construction using prefabricated concrete elements suitable for the construction of at least 15 owner-occupied properties. Our four-dwelling buildings consist of narrow two-storey shells that enable us to erect sealed, weatherproof homes in just four days. Quality is built in from the outset. The layer of concrete beams, together with structural insulation, ensures a pleasant indoor atmosphere and effective soundproofing. The buildings are primarily prepared for efficient heat-pump technology or district heating.

By working repetitively and with high prefabrication rates, the buildings can be produced quickly. They are also well prepared for subsequent installations such as heating, electricity, and water. The construction method makes it easier to provide a cost estimate and schedule that we can maintain right through to completion.

Our construction contracts also include the possibility of building larger multiple-dwelling buildings from four to twelve storeys in height.
